About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Therapy Director to lead and direct the Family Support Center services, offering specialized trauma-informed services for children from a variety of placement settings, including return to biological family, relative placement, fictive kin placement, foster care, and adoptive children. This individual will provide overall clinical guidance and support to the Family Support Center, while supervising and mentoring outpatient therapist(s). The goal of the Family Support Center Services project is to enhance partnerships in rural northwest Iowa with local child-serving agencies to increase access to specialized, trauma-informed mental health services for foster, adoptive, and kinship children and their families.

Salary Range

$55,000-$65,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level) PLUS a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
• Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
• Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses
• Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver's license is required
