Maintenance Mechanic/ Machine Operator
Full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic/ Machine Operator. Must have a good understanding of general operations of basic industrial machinery. Diagnoses malfunctions in machinery and equipment and determines the extent of the repairs needed. As the Operator, one operates machines that perform packaging functions such as filling, marking codes, banding, tying, packing, sealing and wrapping microwave bags. Applicants must be fluent in English. Minimum of two years of solid industrial mechanic experience needed.
This is a unique position as the Mechanic is also responsible for operating the machines and making mechanical repairs. Also assumes a Team Lead position when the Supervisor is away.
Hours are typically 5a - 3p. However, production hours can change with the growing demand for popcorn. We offer a full benefit package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, PTO and all the popcorn you can eat!
