Job Description

A hotel front desk agent is someone who greets guests upon their arrival to the hotel and checks them into the hotel’s reservation system. Their duties include providing excellent customer service, relaying any information about hotel amenities, and helping hotel guests find their rooms, thus ensuring our guests accomodation and reservation needs are met as well as making sure that the remainder of their stay is as flawless and satisfactory as possible. We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in people's days at their home away from home. No hotel experience required, but sales and customer service experience is desired. 

Job Description:  Accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, answering telephone calls and relaying message, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, processing guest departures including calculating changes and receiving payments, answering inquires about the hotel and its services through the telephone, email, or in-person, investigating and resolving customer requests, complaints or questions, etc.
