South Sioux City Marriott is looking for a banquet server to provide excellent table service and hospitality to our banquet guests. If you love to give excellent guest service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and hospitality to our guests
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately with all details and accompaniments
- Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests
- Ability to work shifts involving set up, cleanup, and tear down procedures
- Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1 year prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- May be required to work varying schedules
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently during workday
