About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Seasons is now seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The ACT Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians, providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist, providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services, and sharing shift management responsibility, including an on-call rotation, with other staff.

Salary Range

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa RN license OR be eligible to acquire one
• Must have experience treating persons with serious and persistent mental illness
• This position requires travel, so a valid driver's license is required
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
